Order processing
After payment or order confirmation, we normally pack and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days.
Courier partners
We use trusted delivery services such as Delhivery, DTDC, Ecom Express, Amazon Shipping, India Post, and other carriers selected according to destination and service availability.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we send a confirmation email with the available tracking or waybill number. Use that number on the carrier's tracking service or check your order information in your Janatha account.
Delivery estimates
- Metro cities: Usually 2-4 working days after dispatch.
- Non-metro cities: Usually 3-7 working days after dispatch.
- Order processing: 1-3 business days before dispatch.
- Typical delivery within India: 4-7 working days from shipment.
All orders are dispatched from Thrissur, Kerala. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Remote pin codes, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other events outside our control may extend them.
Delivery issues
Check your address and phone number carefully before submitting an order. If tracking stops updating, a parcel arrives damaged, or the delivery address is not serviceable, contact janathapappad@gmail.com with your order ID.
