  • A sole arbitrator will be appointed by mutual agreement. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with Indian law
  • Arbitration decisions shall be binding on both parties
  • Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator
