Situations Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We may offer a partial or full refund, or send a replacement order, under the following circumstances:
- Theft during shipment
- Tampering or intrusion during shipment
- Product perishes before delivery
- Product is damaged or crushed during transit
- Wrong product is delivered
- Delivery address is not serviceable by our courier partners
- Ordered item is out of stock or unavailable
Order Cancellation Policy
Once you place an order on our website, you enter into a legally binding agreement to purchase the product(s). Cancellation is generally not permitted after order confirmation, unless specifically mentioned on the product page.
We reserve the right to approve or deny cancellation requests at our sole discretion. Additional information may be required to process your request.
Returns and Refunds (After Delivery)
After receiving your order, a refund or replacement is only eligible if:
- The product does not match the description provided on our website.
To be considered, the refund or return request must be submitted within three (3) days of delivery.
